We will work with you every step of the way on your journey to homeownership.
We want to help you get home.
As we continue to evaluate the best ways to serve our community during the ongoing pandemic, NOAHH has made the difficult decision to pause intakes for our First-Time Homebuyer Program and A Brush With Kindness home repair program. Meeting the need for affordable housing remains our focus. Our construction team is still building and our Family Services department is still working hard to meet the needs of those currently in our programs. We look forward to reopening these services soon. Thank you.

Home Repair Services
‘A Brush with Kindness’ is a program that tackles blight by providing painting, landscaping and minor repair services for homeowners in need. It helps low-income homeowners who struggle to maintain the exterior of their homes, reclaim their homes with pride and dignity. Volunteers will help homeowners with exterior painting, exterior handicap ramps and other accessibility needs, minor exterior repairs, yard cleanup & landscaping, and sidewalk repairs.

Resources and Tools
Even if you don’t qualify for our program, we can still help. Here you will find info on other partners who will help you get a home.
